I came across this recipe from the Cooking-Outdoors.com blog. It is actually from the Camp Chef Blog and sounds absolutely delicious. I’ll post my pictures after the pistachio harvest is done and I can get back to real life.

I’ve known Gary House a little while through a couple of Dutch Oven cooking lists from Yahoo! Groups. Click on the picture to see more and view the recipe. Scrumptious. After pistachio harvest, I’m going to try to make this roast.

One thing I enjoy about cooking is trying new recipes. I’ve cooked a Portabella Mushroom Stuffed Beef Tenderloin, but I haven’t done anything with pork yet.

My next experiment will be something encrusted or cooked with pistachios. I’ve seen a few recipes with pistachios, but nothing I really enjoy yet.
